- Microsoft® Exchange
Overview
The BlackBerry Enterprise Server fails to connect to the Server Routing Protocol (SRP) host and the debug log displays the following: [4] (12/10 13:16:13):{0x142} SRPClient::ReceivePacket: Error receiving Header (10054)
[4] (12/10 14:16:37):{0x142} SRPClient::ReceivePacket: Error receiving Header (10054)
Cause
The firewall may have been configured to limit Internet connections to 60 minutes. This may cause the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to lose the connection to the Internet.
Resolution
Enable the port for authenticated, outbound-initiated, bi-directional communication to allow a permanent connection to the Internet.
