KB15669 - Evaluation license keys cannot be added when non-evaluation keys exist in the License Manager
Environment
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server
Overview
Unable to add a license key when non-evaluation keys exist in the License Manager.
Cause
You are entering a type of license key that is different from the license keys that currently exist within the database.
Resolution
Obtain and enter the correct type of license key as per what currently exists in the database. If you are unsure, please contact BlackBerry Customer Support who can verify your license type.
