KB18670 - Unable to access the BlackBerry Administration Service

Overview
There are a few reasons why you may be unable to access the BlackBerry® Administration Service web console.
Cause 1
The BlackBerry Administration Service does not remain running and constantly restarts when you try to access the BlackBerry Administration Service web console.
Refer to KB18185. If the issue is not resolved after following the suggestions, escalate to BlackBerry Technical Support or your Support partner.
Cause 2
The BlackBerry Administration Service does not restart constantly, but you cannot access the BlackBerry Administration Service login page.
Escalate to BlackBerry Technical Support or your Support partner.
Cause 3
The BlackBerry Administration Service does not constantly restart, and you can access the BlackBerry Administration Service login page, but you cannot login successfully.
Refer to KB17894. If the issue is not resolved after following the suggestions, escalate to BlackBerry Technical Support or your Support partner.
