Overview
The MemoPad and Address Book applications can be synchronized wirelessly from either the BlackBerry device user’s desktop or the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
To synchronize the MemoPad and Address Book applications via the BlackBerry Enterprise Server for a specific BlackBerry device user, you'll need to point to the specific location of the Personal Information Management (PIM) applications.
- On the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, select the User List tab.
- Highlight the account you want to synchronize on the User List.
- Click on Edit Properties on the bottom right hand side.
- Select PIM Sync on the left hand pane.
- Under the Address Book, specify the location of the names.nsf file in the Location - Relative Path field.
- Under the Memo Pad, specify the location of the journal.nsf file in the Location - Relative Path field.
