Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software version 4.0
Overview
To disable the Content Protection option on the BlackBerry device, complete the following steps:
- On the BlackBerry device Home screen, select Options.
- Click Security Options.
- Click General Settings.
- Change the Content Protection option to Disabled.
- Click the trackwheel and select Save.
Additional Information
The Content Protection option cannot be disabled remotely with an IT Policy.
