Default KB10878 - When to clear debug log files

KB10878 - When to clear debug log files

Environment

BlackBerry® Enterprise Server

Overview

The BlackBerry Enterprise Server debug log files keep a record of all activity on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. The files can grow to be very large and take up a significant amount of hard disk space. To prevent the BlackBerry Enterprise Server hard drive from running low on space, log files older than one to two weeks can be deleted. Keeping one to two weeks worth of log files should be sufficient for troubleshooting purposes.
