Overview
The Novell® GroupWise® 7.0.3 HP3 Field Test File (FTF) includes fixes for multiple Novell GroupWise defects to address issues with BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 for Novell GroupWise when using the Novell GroupWise 7.0 Object application programming interface (OAPI). Currently this Field Test File is supported "Best Effort" by BlackBerry Technical Support. To apply the Field Test File, complete the following steps:
- Stop the BlackBerry Controller and BlackBerry GroupWise Service. Close any open copies of the BlackBerry Manager.
- Make sure the Novell GroupWise Client installed on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is at version Novell GroupWise 7.0.3 HP3.
- Extract the gwcma1.dll file from the Field Test File package.
- Rename the gwcma1.dll file in C:\Novell\GroupWise (or other Novell GroupWise Client installation directory) to gwcma1.old, or move the original file to another location. Copy the new gwcma1.dll file into the directory.
- Start the BlackBerry Controller and BlackBerry GroupWise Service.
