Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 4.1 for Microsoft® Exchange
- BlackBerry® Client for use with Microsoft® Office Live Communications Server 2005
- BlackBerry® Client for use with Microsoft® Office Communications Server 2007
Overview
To enable debug logging for the BlackBerry Collaboration Service, complete the following steps:
- Go to C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\Blackberry Enterprise Server\BBIM\Servers\\config.
- Open the rimpublic.property file using Microsoft Notepad.
- Type Logging.file.log.level=5 at the end of the file.
- Save and close the file.
- Restart the BlackBerry Collaboration Service.
