Overview
The following are four available methods used to upgrade the BlackBerry Device Software.
Note: Only system administrators can use methods 2, 3, and 4.
- Using the Application Loader in BlackBerry® Desktop Manager For instructions, see KB03621.
- Using the Application Loader on a shared computer For instructions, see KB04537.
- Using the Application Loader in automated mode on a shared computer BlackBerry® Desktop Software 4.1 or later must be installed on the shared computer. For instructions, see KB04510.
- Using the BlackBerry Handheld Configuration Tool For instructions, see KB04538.
