KB16033 - Relative Path fields for PIM Sync are blank when one or more BlackBerry smartphone users are moved to a Group in BlackBerry Manager
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software version 4.1 Service Packs 4 and 5 (4.1.4 and 4.1.5) for IBM® Lotus® Domino®
- SDR170789
Overview
- PIM Sync Settings in BlackBerry Manager are reset to blank for any BlackBerry smartphone user that is assigned to a Group
- The individual PIM Sync Settings for the following fields are changed to blank when a new BlackBerry smartphone user is added to a Group:

- Location - Server
- Location - Relative Path
Resolution
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
