Overview
Hard deletes fail to reconcile when a client-side rule moves email messages to a PST. You may see the following in the Messaging Agent (MAGT) log:

Cause
This is due to how the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is designed to transition/handle the message while it is in a sent state.
Resolution
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
Workaround
Avoid use of rules that direct messages to personal folders.
