KB17898 - "Unlisted Message Error" when sending new Novell GroupWise email message from the BlackBerry smartphone
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software versions 4.1 for Novell® GroupWise® object application programming interface (OAPI) or Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) mode
Overview
When trying to send new email messages from the BlackBerry smartphone it fails with a red X and the following error displays: Unlisted Message Error
You are able to reply to existing email messages.
Cause
Work in Progress folder is missing in the Novell® GroupWise® client.
