Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for Novell® GroupWise®
- SDR101692
Overview
Messages sent from the BlackBerry device are picked up by the BlackBerry Enterprise Server as redirected sent messages. The messages are duplicated and sent to the BlackBerry device again.
If you press the Alt key and type view within two duplicate messages, you will notice the following:
- One item has a RefId prefixed with a minus sign (-), such as -866755353. This indicates that the message was sent from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
- The other item has a RefID without a minus sign, such as 866755353. This indicates that the message was sent from the BlackBerry device.
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
