KB15674 - Free and Busy lookups do not work for all BlackBerry smartphone users in a Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007 mixed environment.
Environment
- Microsoft® Exchange 2003 and 2007
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server
- SDR179314
Overview
Micorsoft® Outlook® shows the Free and Busy information in the Calendar, but the Free and Busy information is not displayed on the Calendar of some BlackBerry smartphones. BlackBerry smartphone users are able to view data for users on the same platform.
Resolution
This has been escalated to our internal development team and will be resolved in a future release of BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
