KB15871 - Phone number or wireless service provider information fields do not populate in BlackBerry Manager
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server
- BlackBerry smartphone
Overview
The phone number or wireless service provider information fields do not populate in BlackBerry Manager.
Cause
The BlackBerry smartphone did not send the information to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, delete and undelete the Desktop [SYNC] service book on the BlackBerry smartphone. Have each BlackBerry smartphone user complete the following steps:
- Go to Options> Advanced Options> Service Book and highlight Desktop [SYNC].
- Press the Menu key and select Delete.
- Press the Menu key and select Undelete.
- Go to Options> Advanced Options> Host Routing table and press the Menu key.
- Select Register now, and click the trackball or trackwheel.
