Overview
During the BlackBerry Enterprise Server software installation process, on the BlackBerry Router Connection screen, you must specify the name or IP address of the Service Routing Protocol (SRP) host used to connect to the BlackBerry® Infrastructure.
To determine the SRP address assigned to your country, use the SRP Addresses lookup tool located on the BlackBerry web site or perform the following steps:
- Click Start > Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
- Click BlackBerry Server Configuration.
- Click the BlackBerry Router tab.
- Verify the SRP address.
