KB17400 - How to refresh or update company directory information using the BlackBerry Administration Service
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software version 5.0
Overview
With the introduction of BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 5.0, a reference to user information from the company directory is stored with the BlackBerry Configuration Database. By default, this information is updated automatically every 24 hours.
Resolution
To manually refresh the user information from the company directory, complete the following steps:
- Open the BlackBerry Administration Service.
- In the Servers and components menu, expand BlackBerry Solution topology > BlackBerry Domain > Component view.
2. Click Email.
3. Click Refresh available user list from company directory.
