Overview
Configuration settings for attachment conversion in BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 5.0 have been moved to the BlackBerry Administration Service.
Resolution
To test attachment conversion in BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 5.0, complete the following steps:
- Open Windows® Explorer.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\AttachServer.
- Double-click BBattachConfig.exe.
- Click on the Test Attachment Service heading.
