KB12610 - Email messages associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server and a BlackBerry Internet Service account are located in the same Messages folder

Overview
All email messages received on the BlackBerry smartphone, whether they are associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server or with a BlackBerry Internet Service account, are displayed in the Messages folder. In addition, the BlackBerry Internet Service creates a separate folder to display only email messages sent to integrated email accounts.
Additional Information
On a BlackBerry smartphone associated with BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.1 Service Pack 5 (4.1.5) to 4.1 Service Pack 6 (4.1.6), the administrator can add an icon to the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone to display only email messages that are sent to and received from the organization's BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
