Overview
BlackBerry Manager displays an incorrect Application Status message. For example, the Application Status might display Upgrade Required when all applications specified by the administrator have been installed on the BlackBerry smartphone.
A software configuration is created and assigned to the BlackBerry smartphone user. From the software configuration, administrators can specify which applications should be installed on the BlackBerry smartphone. The Application Status message is based on all applications in the software configuration assigned to the BlackBerry smartphone user, not only the applications selected by the administrator.
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
