How do I download word to go

I Hvae blackberry 9000 bold and i don't have on it word to go or any other application to open my files on excel word or pdf.
I contacted the seller he said i have to buy it
i ask some of my friends that have the same phone they said it suppose to be included in the options.
how to download this application to enable me open and edit my excel word and pdf documentsword to go or any other application to open my files on excel word or pdf

re load your handheld software with the latest release. Make sure word to go is checked as an item to install.

Thanks for the advice can you please send me the link for the lates update release as i have tried to install update and they told me that i have the latest release
