Default 'Send As' Decision Tree

A while ago RIM released a document that walks you through the diagnosis of 'Send As' issues.

This can be a handy document to give to helpdesk staff to help them quickly identify the cause of a Send As problem.

Hi man, im really interested in this issue, i have a really strange problem. When i run the IEMSTEST on my blackberry utility folder i get the "No send as permission for ..." but users can send and receive email (i suppose cause they are remote users and had never complained).

I check the pdf but i dont understand all of it, i mean what is the store.exe? What the SetSendAs is? Do you have a document or link with a wide explanation of this?

Thank you very much for your help.
