I'm gathering that they are on separate BlackBerry domains (separate databases). If that is the case, then I would assess how many users are on the BESP (can't be too many) and possibly look at migrating them manually (wipe the device, reactivate on the new BES). To answer the question, there's no simple way of merging two databases without potentially having a lot of issues. RIM used to have a tool called DBMerge (and another), but they ultimately learned their lesson (which is why BB Transporter now functions correctly). If there are no duplicate UserId numbers for the users, then DBMerge would work just fine (although I'm not sure in the case of BESP and BESX - something tells me no). However, on smaller installations where there has been little to no employee turnover, the chances of having two sets of unique IDs is slim to none.
