Apparantly after this past weekends fiasco; I've come to understand that whichever Exchange server the BESAdmin's mailbox resides on MUST be up, or else the blackberrys (Firm wide) will stop working. His mailbox must be online to monitor all the mailboxes for Blackberry Users; and preform GAL lookups too..

Am I right on this theory?
