Thanks for this. I've been experiencing this problem for a while on our BES and just upgraded from 4.1.6 MR2 to 4.1.7 MR3 after reading this. Didn't realize I was that far behind. When this problem happens to a company officer it kind of lights a fire under you to fix something... Hope this solution holds up!
