Default Much easier fix
I fixed this exact same issue by turning Wireless Synchronization off then on:

Go to Options - Advanced Options - Enterprise Activation
Hold down ALT and type cnfg
For Wireless Sync, change the option to No
Hold down ALT and type cnfg
Change Wireless Sync back to Yes

This fixed the issue in about 2 minutes and didn't require the pain of dealing with the BES.
