They are going to want to use it up to when they arrive at the border, and I'm worried about the roaming fees associated with the amount of data pulled down to re-activate. Not to mention that I cannot really be sure of roaming network coverage when the do cross the border.
As for the e-mails that show up when customs has it, its a chance they will have to take, or they will just notify us to disable redirection until they get across the border.
