Anyone have success activating BB's over their wifi network? I setup the OTA Wifi Settings via the BlackBerry Server config application. I see the ETP email hit the user's Exchange account, but it then errors out on the device during enterprise activation. I can't see any errors in logs either.

Am I missing something?

I have tried:
1. 9700 unlocked with an active SIM
2. 9700 unlocked without SIM

Both behave the same exact way. Turning on the mobile network allows the device to activate (with a new password of course).
