Now I understand the relationship of Minshall Algorithm (with SOAP mode) Vs hung threads of the single agent BESG! =)

BTW, on the Trash folder limitation of "4962 items" and "4941 or more folders" limitation for OAPI. Are there any KB references?

Also, recently I have message flow issue with a user and I am seeing a lot of exceptions on getting new message function with a particular GroupWise ID in the MAGT log. I believe if I can lookup and locate that message and have it archived/removed, then user's BES message service may resume. Could you advise how I can locate this message?
