Yeah I agree details are hard to find with B*nator, and to configure the migration portion of the product is a bit cumbersome. Since they are based in Europe, they have a small helpdesk in NYC with about three guys all named Mike, but they are very helpful as well, just a bit hard to understand as they all have thick German accents.
