Although the NCAA has deemed Alabama a repeat offender (for the umpteenth year straight) committing egregious acts that smells of loss of institutional oversight and control and considers the violations 'major', due to Alabama not having a bowl ban, a television ban, or a 20% reduction in scholarships, the AFCA does not considering it 'major probation'.
