I use a little variation on this tip.

<$Confirm,RemoveOnDelivery,SuppressSaveInSentItems>

With the additional commands the email is automatically deleted once received and the confirmation email is not saved in the sent messages. In a nutshell, there are no traces of the test left in the users mail file.
